Cummins Inc. is seeking an Engineer – Collaboration Services Platform Automation Specialist in Guadalajara, MX. The role focuses on technical vision for the Collaboration Services Platform and automation across Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, SharePoint, and related tools.

You will drive automation workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and platform monitoring while collaborating with Architects and Product Teams. Must enjoy global, cross-time-zone work and modernization efforts in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience administering enterprise collaboration platforms and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate technical and architectural vision for Collaboration Services Platform.
• Lead automation of deployments, configuration, patching, and license provisioning.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure Agile/DevOps alignment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support global users and ensure security, governance, and compliance.
