Cognizant is hiring a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our global team in Mexico City. You will lead configuration, scripting, and integration efforts, leveraging NOW SDK and ServiceNow Fluent, with focus on stability, performance, and scale in banking environments.

Required are 8+ years in ServiceNow, strong JavaScript, REST APIs, and hands-on experience with ATF, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tooling like Now Assist. You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, preferably in development and implementation
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code
• Experience with REST APIs and service catalog, SLM, and workflows

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close technical tasks related to configuration and implementation
• Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and data imports
• Leverage the ServiceNow SDK to design, build, and package scoped applications
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose multiple solutions
• Drive enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and scalability of the platform
