Job summary

Pfizer in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Data Operations professional to lead data processes for Global Operations Services Center, supporting Sales, incentives, and reporting across multiple markets.

You will own data validation, analytics, and data extractions, serving as country expert and coordinating with Delivery Team Leads while driving continuous improvement in processes and ensuring timely SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service delivery, shared services, or sales operations.
• Strong service orientation and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong IT literacy and technology proficiency.
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics delivery.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation is mandatory.
• Experience in Sales Force Management/CRM support or Medical Samples Management is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with markets for all requests and act as country expert.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for data/transaction processes.
• Deliver data validation, stewardship, and reporting.
• Provide analytical support for all data processes in scope.
• Deliver data extractions from databases and support incentives reporting.
• Propose and implement process improvements and optimizations.
