Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Associate, Commercial Performance Analytics in Mexico to build and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting that power commercial performance tracking across the Mexico Analytics Center. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in commercial analytics, data analytics or reporting, ideally in pharma or healthcare.
• Working proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Working proficiency in Python and/or R for analysis, automation, or reporting workflows.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Professional written and verbal English for routine collaboration with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and execute analytics solutions using SQL, Python, R, and related tools, following architectures and priorities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting assets that support commercial performance tracking.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into analytical datasets per defined requirements.
• Perform analyses on patient, HCP, payer, and commercial datasets to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct data quality assessments, validation, and troubleshooting of outputs.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, evidence-based summaries for review with PAI and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with US-based colleagues to confirm requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Support standardization of analytics processes and documentation.
• Contribute to adoption of new data sources, automation, and AI-assisted tools.
• Communicate status and delivery progress clearly via email, meetings, and presentations.
