Qualifications

• 3+ years in service delivery, shared services, or sales operations.
• Strong service orientation and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong IT literacy and technology proficiency.
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics delivery.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation.
• Experience in Sales Force Management or CRM support.
• Experience in Medical Samples Management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with formulas and data analysis.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and maintain a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify and propose process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a fact-based and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with Leadership Teams, Vertical Leads, Country Managers, BU Leads, and Local Teams.
• Ability to present results effectively to large audiences, including sales forces and leadership teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with markets/verticals for all requests.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for data and transactional processes.
• Act as country expert for issues with Delivery Team Leads.
• Share best practices across the Global Operations Services Center.
• Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope.
• Deliver reporting and analytics to Biopharma Operations colleagues.
• Deliver data extractions from multiples databases.
• Deliver calculations, attainment, monthly data uploads, validations and reporting of Field Force Incentives.
• Provide analytical support for all data processes in scope.
• Propose and deliver solutions for problems faced.
• Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan.
• Follow SLA and guidelines and meet KPIs.
• Deliver high quality service for activities in scope.
• Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.
• Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data processes in scope.
