LawRank Mexico is seeking a motivated HR Intern to begin and develop a career in Human Resources. You will support recruiting, onboarding, documentation, administrative tasks, and office operations while gaining hands-on exposure to various HR processes in a collaborative environment.

The role is part-time with a hybrid work arrangement and a schedule compatible with school commitments. Strong organization, communication, and a service mindset are valued as you contribute to HR projects and

Formación

• Currently enrolled in the final or second-to-last semester of a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Human Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support job postings, initial resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Organize and update employee files, forms, databases, trackers, and internal records
• Follow up on documentation, signatures, invoices, receipts, and administrative requests
• Assist with recurring HR reports and collection of information for HR vendors
• Support office purchases, vendor follow-up, and Office Management activities
• Help organize internal events, employee celebrations, and HR projects
• Other duties as required by management
