ABB is hiring for a Customer Support role in the Americas region. You will be the first point of contact for ABB Electrification customers, handling inquiries, coordinating with Marketing and Sales, and ensuring complete case ownership.

The role supports a hybrid work model with four days in the office and one day working from home. You will engage with HUB leadership, Marketing, Sales, and regional customers to drive accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• You are immersed in Customer Service and Operations with an interest in the Electrification market.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service via phone support.
• Able to interact with customers and internal teams in English for the US market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Support: Receive and process inquiries.
• Case Management: Manage service cases from creation to resolution with timely responses.
• Phone Management: Handle incoming calls and manage response rate.
