Responsibilities

• Account Management – identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with teams and partners.
• Collaborates with Sourcing and Onboarding to develop hiring strategies and improvements.
• Provides updates and reports on hiring activities.
• Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Matches candidates to best roles based on qualifications.
• Conducts external events and field work at assigned locations with active targets.
