SPAN Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will lead complex, distributed software initiatives, align delivery with client business outcomes, and mentor teams. The role requires 7+ years of software delivery experience and proficiency with JIRA and AI-assisted documentation.

You’ll coordinate remote teams, manage budgets, and grow client relationships while contributing to a culture of delivery excellence and growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management experience in software engineering.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Budget management and documentation skills.
• Experience in global distributed delivery teams and client-facing roles.
• Willingness to work evenings to match global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define projects, build work plans, and manage budgets end-to-end.
• Lead cross-functional teams across remote and distributed groups.
• Use AI tools to draft communications, surface risks, and accelerate docs.
• Mentor team members and grow client relationships for repeat engagements.
• Negotiate scope, timeline, and resources with stakeholders.
