Formación

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or IT service management.
• Strong understanding of Change Enablement and Problem Management.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and operate Change Enablement and Problem Management practices.
• Assess, review, and approve changes based on risk and impact.
• Drive root cause analysis for high-impact incidents.
