Job summary

NBCUniversal Telemundo Corporate Functions is hiring an HR Manager to provide comprehensive HR support for a fast-paced broadcast entertainment workforce. You will execute HR strategy for select client groups, lead staffing, performance, compensation, succession, employee relations, and training initiatives.

Hybrid schedule; reports to VP of HR for Corporate TLMD and Latin America. The role emphasizes strong communication in English and Spanish, integrity, and a collaborative, results‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Experience in HR organizations with heavy emphasis on employee relations.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR point of contact for employees at all levels including management.
• Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of policies and positive employee relations issues.
• Implement and manage key HR initiatives and processes, including evaluations/performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, benefits, recognition programs, benefits and learning and career development.
• Encourage constructive and transparent feedback, engagement, inclusion and diversity at all levels of the organization.
• Promote NBCUniversal’s workplace values and integrity, teamwork, and ownership.
• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive employee relations and work environment with diverse talents.
• Interpret and implement HR policies for managers and teams.
• Develop new creative programs to attract, retain, motivate employees and spearhead morale activities.
• Responsible for all aspects of new hire onboarding and job description revisions.
