Job summary

NBCUniversal Telemundo Corporate Functions seek an HR Manager to support a fast-paced broadcast entertainment workforce. You will lead staffing, performance management, compensation, and employee relations while aligning with the VP of HR for Corporate TLMD and Latin America.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, a collaborative approach, and a hybrid schedule in Mexico City. You will drive HR initiatives and foster an inclusive culture within NBCUniversal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum five years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Experience in HR with emphasis on employee relations.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for NBCUniversal Telemundo Corporate Functions.
• Lead staffing, performance management, and compensation initiatives.
• Drive employee relations, training, and development projects.
• Promote inclusion, diversity, and NBCUniversal workplace values.
• Oversee onboarding for regular staff and contingent workers, with TA collaboration.
• Develop new HR programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
