Job summary

Schneider Electric in Monterrey, Mexico offers a hybrid HR internship focused on onboarding, employee experience, offboarding, and HR data reporting. You will support pre-boarding, file preparation, onboarding sessions, and orientation talks while assisting with payroll tickets and exit processes.

You will work with HR consultants and partners, develop English communication skills, and gain exposure to HR systems and automation tools in a global company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Expected graduation: December 2027 or later. MUST.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate - advanced Excel.
• Creative, proactive.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-boarding logistics and onboarding sessions.
• Prepare employee files and manage onboarding processes.
• Organize orientation talks and follow-up on 90-day onboarding.
• Assist with HR data duties: monthly headcount and training reports.
• Support HR communications and event logistics.
