Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Expected graduation December 2027 or later.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Creative, proactive; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-boarding logistics.
• Prepare employee files and manage onboarding sessions.
• Organize orientation talks.
• Support onboarding with follow-up chats and reminders for essential courses and tools.
• Assist with offboarding and payroll tickets.
• Generate monthly HR reports.
• Support HR communications and events.
