Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, graduating in December 2027 or later.
• Availability to work part-time during morning hours.
• Strong interest in HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and early career positions.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and follow up with candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and candidate records.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support university events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
