Job summary

Schneider Electric in Mexico (MDIC, Apodaca) invites you to join as an HR Intern, supporting onboarding, employee records, offboarding, and HR data across the full lifecycle in a hybrid work model.

You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, documentation, payroll coordination, communications, and process improvement, working closely with HR professionals, Payroll, and People Managers to develop practical skills for your future career.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation: December 2027 or later.
• Availability to participate in the internship program and attend the site according to the hybrid work scheme.
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute in a dynamic HR environment.
• Comfortable working with administrative processes, employee documentation, databases, and follow‑up activities.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist with employee records, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Support offboarding processes and payroll tickets.
• Generate and maintain HR reports and data accuracy.
• Collaborate on HR communications and events.
