Job summary

Schneider Electric in Monterrey is seeking an HR intern to support onboarding, offboarding, data reporting, and internal communications in a global environment.

You will coordinate pre-boarding logistics, prepare employee files, organize orientation talks, assist 90-day onboarding with follow-up reminders, and help with payroll tickets and terminations. This is a hybrid role with mornings at Punto Valle.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Expected graduation: December 2027 or later.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Creative, proactive.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

What will you do?

• Assist with legal entity changes and voluntary terminations.

Reports & HR Data:

• Generate monthly headcount and training reports.
• Maintain IT asset return records and shared HR folders.

HR Communications & Events:

• Collaborate on HR newsletters and design campaign materials.
• Support logistics for site events and initiatives.
• Location: Punto valle.
• Hybrid scheme.
• Mornings availability.

What skills will make you successful?

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Power Automate and HR systems (TRESS, TalentLink) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Mexican Federal Labor Law.
