IFF is seeking a Global HRBP GBS to partner with leadership and translate business strategy into talent, organizational, and workforce outcomes. The role supports ~1,000 employees across multiple GBS hubs and centers, driving organizational effectiveness and workforce transformation in a hybrid, multi-country setup.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership roles.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong background in talent management, succession planning, and org design.
• Experience leading workforce transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated agility navigating ambiguity in complex environments.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary HR advisor to GBS leadership on strategy, workforce planning, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead the people strategy for organizational transformation, including operating model changes and automation.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coach and advise leaders on performance, rewards, and talent decisions.
• Foster inclusive culture and high employee engagement across the GBS organization.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on market competitiveness and informed reward decisions.
