Swiss Re is seeking an Event Operations Specialist to run the operational engine behind our events, from registrations to hybrid sessions. You will ensure data accuracy, timely emails, and smooth event execution.

Formación

• Event operations or marketing operations experience: 1–3 years in event operations.
• Experience using event registration, email marketing, CRM or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to produce and manage virtual events and webinars.
• Data management and accurate operational reporting.
• Attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Manage registration workflows for in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
• Build, test, schedule and deliver event marketing emails.
• Track email delivery and engagement and maintain data quality.
• Prepare reports before, during and after events.
• Coordinate invoice administration.
• Collaborate with Event Managers and Marketing to prioritise workload.
• Provide regional support and knowledge sharing.
