Swiss Re is seeking an Event Operations Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end event workflows, from registrations to emails and data integrity. You will manage in‑person, virtual and hybrid events, ensuring precise execution across all channels and regions.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Events Managers to maintain high data quality, coordinate speakers, and deliver timely reports. A proactive, process‑driven mindset is essential to excel in a dynamic, global environment.

Formación

• Approximately one to three years of hands‑on experience in event operations, event email execution, webinar production or event administration.
• Experience using event registration, email marketing, CRM or similar platforms to manage end‑to‑end event workflows.
• Proven experience supporting virtual events and webinars, managing live sessions and engagement.
• Experience working with attendee data, audience lists and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, meet deadlines and apply consistent standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage registration workflows for in-person, virtual and hybrid events, including invitations, confirmations, cancellations and waiting lists.
• Build, test, schedule and deliver Event Marketing Emails, including attendee journeys and event promotions.
• Track email delivery and engagement, maintain data accuracy and support timely event reporting.
• Maintain event records, registration forms, pages and attendee lists with high data quality.
• Set up and produce virtual/hybrid events, coordinating speaker access and live session logistics.
• Prepare registration, attendance and engagement reports before, during and after events.
• Coordinate invoice administration, including collection, checking, submission and follow-up.
• Apply consistent event standards and identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with Event Managers and Marketing colleagues to prioritise workload and regional coverage.
• Provide support to different regions and assist cross regional coverage during peak periods.
• Share knowledge across the global events team and contribute to continuous improvement.
