Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic Willow Associate to support medication management workflows and healthcare IT initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare organizations.

You will help configure medication data, manage tickets, and collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant workflows.

While Epic experience is not required, there are development opportunities to build Epic expertise, with training and mentorship provided.

Formación

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare IT, or a related environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support medication management workflows and application requests.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of medication-related information, including medication names, dosages, and presentations.
• Manage application tickets, documentation, and system updates.
• Provide application support to physicians, nurses, pharmacy teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application and workflow issues.
• Validate application changes and support accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, operational, and technical teams.
• Support testing and validation of application changes.
• Maintain application documentation and support materials.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.
• Support healthcare technology initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare organizations.
