Refinitiv is seeking a Lead AI Forward Engineer in Mexico City to guide the design and delivery of scalable AI-powered solutions across the CIO organization. The role acts as a forward‑deployed solution architect, partnering with teams to define end‑to‑end architectures and drive production implementations.

You will own solution design from concept through deployment, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and compliant.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Proven ability to take prototypes to production in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG concepts.
• Experience with DevOps/Platform Engineering and SRE principles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high‑impact opportunities to apply AI automation across CIO teams.
• Design end‑to‑end AI solutions, including data flows and integration patterns.
• Guide implementation from prototype to production with reliability and security.
• Define reusable patterns and reference designs for broad adoption.
• Develop dashboards and telemetry for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Establish and track SLOs/SLIs for AI services.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Enterprise AI teams.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices.
