Siemens is seeking a Data and AI Delivery Lead to guide data and AI initiatives across our Americas Analytics and AI team. The role focuses on turning data products into AI-ready assets, aligning with business stakeholders to reimagine processes through Agentic AI and modern data architectures.

The position is based in the Mexico office, onsite, with responsibilities across data product delivery, SAFe planning, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and business partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in data engineering, data product development, or data/AI delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures (lakehouse, data mesh).
• Hands-on Snowflake, SQL or Python, and data modeling techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data and AI delivery with cross-functional teams for timely, quality use case development.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and AI-ready data products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reimagine processes with Agentic AI.
• Evolve data products to support Snowflake Cortex, MCP, and AI workflows.
• Provide status updates to PMO and business stakeholders.
