RapidCanvas is hiring a customer-facing AI Engagement Manager in LATAM to lead end-to-end enterprise AI projects, spanning pre-sales discovery, technical solutioning, and post-sales execution through value realization.

This hybrid role combines client-facing advisory with technical delivery leadership, coordinating with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure credible, commercially sound, and well-run engagements.

Formación

• 4–8 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Engagement Management, Delivery Management or Technical Customer Success.
• Experience with solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, consulting, or revenue operations.
• Ability to articulate complex AI/data concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Spanish fluency (written and verbal) required for LATAM engagements; English for internal collaboration.
• Strong ownership, delivery focus, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-sales discovery, technical solutioning, and post-sales execution to drive value realization for enterprise AI projects.
• Coordinate discovery workshops, build demos/POCs, and craft proposals and technical briefs.
• Own project scoping, SOWs, and delivery milestones with client, engineers, and leadership.
• Serve as primary client contact during delivery, ensuring clear communication and alignment on outcomes.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain delivery cadence across 30/60/90 day windows.
