Epicor seeks a Cloud Network Administrator to support global cloud networking across Azure, AWS, and on‑premise systems. You will help ensure reliability, performance, and security of critical SaaS environments while enabling automation and scalable networking across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise networking, strong IaC experience, and familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls. Hybrid work and global collaboration are key parts of this position at Epicor.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a tech field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• 3+ years with Azure and/or AWS cloud networking.
• Experience with enterprise firewall, VPN, and security solutions.
• Experience in highly available production environments.
• Proficiency with IaC such as Terraform/Ansible and Git workflows.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Support implementation, administration, and operation of Epicor’s global cloud networking.
• Maintain reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS.
• Develop network automation using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and similar tools.
• Assist in deployments, migrations, upgrades, and tech refreshes.
• Monitor health, analyse trends, and propose improvements.
• Provide Tier 2 support, root cause analysis, and incident response.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production environments.
• Maintain network documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
• Collaborate across cloud, security, vendor teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve provisioning, configuration management, and workflows.
