Epicor is seeking a Cloud Network Administrator to support the global cloud networking infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments. You will help ensure reliability, performance, and security of production SaaS services, while automating through Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.

You will collaborate with cloud, security, and vendor teams, participate in deployments, and maintain accurate network documentation across global sites.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud networking environments.
• Experience administering enterprise firewall platforms, VPN technologies, and network security solutions.
• Experience supporting production environments requiring high availability and operational reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Experience implementing or supporting network automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Epicor’s global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services supporting production SaaS environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS.
• Develop and enhance network automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
• Participate in infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Monitor network health, analyze performance trends, and recommend improvements for capacity and resilience.
• Provide Tier 2 operational support, incident response, and root cause analysis for production networks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintain network documentation across global environments.
