Epicor is hiring a Cloud Network Administrator to design, implement, and operate a global cloud networking stack across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on‑prem environments. You will automate configurations, monitor performance, and ensure security for production SaaS workloads.

The role requires strong IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible) and a background in enterprise firewall, VPN, and network security. Global collaboration and on‑call rotation are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• 3+ years with Azure and/or AWS cloud networking.
• Experience administering enterprise firewall platforms, VPN technologies, and network security solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Epicor’s global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services supporting production SaaS environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and other core network services.
• Develop and enhance network automation using Infrastructure as Code and tools like Terraform, Ansible, Git.
• Participate in deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives for global networks.
• Monitor network health, analyze performance trends, and suggest improvements for scalability and resilience.
• Provide Tier 2 support, incident response, root cause analysis, and timely resolutions; participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and configuration records across global environments.
