Epicor is seeking a Cloud Network Administrator to support our global cloud networking infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on‑prem environments. You will help ensure reliability, security, and performance of enterprise network services powering production SaaS operations.

You will implement and operate networking solutions, automate with Terraform and Ansible, participate in deployments and migrations, monitor health, and provide Tier 2 support while collaborating with

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and operations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS networking services and cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Experience with network automation using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiar with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices for infra management.
• Ability to diagnose complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation, administration, and operation of global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Maintain reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and related services.
• Develop automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
• Participate in deployments, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Monitor health and performance; drive capacity, resilience, and efficiency improvements.
• Provide Tier 2 support, incident response, and root-cause analysis for production networks.
• Contribute to documentation and cross-functional collaboration with vendor teams.
