Epicor is seeking a Cloud Network Administrator to support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of our global cloud networking infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on‑premises systems.

You will ensure reliability, performance, and security of enterprise network services for SaaS environments, develop automation with Terraform, Ansible, and Git, participate in deployments, and provide Tier 2 support with on‑call rotation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud networking services.
• Experience administering enterprise firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience with network automation and IaC concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Epicor’s global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services supporting production SaaS environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS.
