Epicor Software Corporation seeks a Cloud Network Administrator to support the global cloud networking infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across Azure, AWS, and on-prem environments. You will automate using Terraform, Ansible, and Git, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on deployments and improvements.

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud networking.
• Experience administering enterprise firewall platforms, VPN technologies, and network security solutions.
• Experience supporting production environments requiring high availability and operational reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Experience implementing or supporting network automation using Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control, pull request workflows, and collaborative infrastructure management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent education and relevant industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Epicor's global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services supporting production SaaS environments
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS
• Develop and enhance network automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools
• Participate in deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives
• Monitor network health, analyze performance trends, and propose improvements for capacity and resilience
• Provide Tier 2 operational support, incident response, and root cause analysis
• Participate in on-call rotation supporting production environments
• Maintain network documentation and configuration records across global environments
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to deliver reliable networking solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve provisioning, configuration management, and workflows through automation
