Epicor is seeking a Cloud Network Administrator to support the implementation, administration, automation, and ongoing operation of our global cloud networking infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on‑premises environments.

You will help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise network services powering our SaaS platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and applying IaC practices to automate provisioning and configurations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise network infrastructure and cloud networking environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Epicor’s global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Maintain reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services for production SaaS environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and related services.
• Develop and enhance network automation using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and IaC practices.
