Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced CIAM Business Analyst to bridge business needs and CIAM capabilities. You will translate requirements into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with product, security, UX, and engineering teams to deliver secure, seamless identity experiences across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst/Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and CIAM requirements is a plus.
• Excellent English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, digital experience, security, and technology teams to understand customer needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize CIAM requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements including security, privacy, performance, and usability.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions; identify gaps between current CIAM capabilities and future needs.
• Maintain and prioritize the CIAM backlog with Product Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Support UAT, test scenarios, and business validation; ensure CIAM journeys across web, mobile, apps, APIs.
