Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced CIAM Business Analyst to translate customer and partner needs into clear CIAM requirements and user stories. You will drive backlog with product, security, and engineering teams to ensure a secure, seamless customer experience across web, mobile, APIs, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Business/Systems/Product Analyst role, strong English communication, and experience with Agile/Scrum and CIAM concepts such as SSO, identity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.
• Experience developing requirements and user stories in Agile environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Knowledge of privacy, identity, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, digital experience, security, and technology teams to understand CIAM needs.
• Independently gather, analyze, document, and prioritize CIAM requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements including security, privacy, performance, and usability.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with partners and business leaders.
• Maintain and prioritize the CIAM backlog with Product Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements and support UAT.
