Totum Talent seeks an Identity & Access Management Analyst to secure access across enterprise systems. You will manage identities, roles, and permissions, supporting business units globally. Strong collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders will drive IAM improvements.

Using AD, Entra ID, O365/Exchange, SAP, and IGA platforms, you will automate processes, perform entitlement reviews, and ensure governance. Fluent English and a Bachelor's in a related field are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 4–5 years of IAM, information security, or related experience.
• Experience managing user access in enterprise environments and providing technical support to global users.
• Hands-on experience with AD, Entra ID, O365/Exchange Online, and IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.

We are currently seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join a global engineering company dedicated to developing innovative solutions in energy efficiency, industrial automation, refrigeration, and climate technologies.

Objective

Ensure secure, efficient, and controlled access to systems and applications across the organization by managing identities, roles, and permissions. This role directly contributes to cybersecurity, operational continuity, and overall business productivity.

Responsabilities

• Manage, support, and provide consultancy on Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Administer user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions across platforms such as: Active Directory, Entrada ID (Azure AD), Office 365 / Exchange Online, SAP, Saviynt or similar IGA Platforms.
• Provide global technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of access-related issues.
• Guide business users and IT teams on IAM processes, policies, and tools.
• Perform access reviews (entitlement reviews) to ensure compliance and proper access governance.
• Lead or participate in IAM enhancement initiatives, including automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Document IAM processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or related areas.
• Experience managing user access in enterprise environments and providing technical support to global users.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365/Exchange Online, and IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.
• Knowledge of user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access governance, and certification processes.
• Experience automating access management processes and understanding authentication, authorization, and system integrations.
• Fluent English (required).
• Experience working in multicultural or global environments is a plus.
• Valid passport and U.S. visa are desirable.
• Availability to travel as needed.
