Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in Mexico City is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in IAM to gather requirements for identity lifecycle and access management, and translate them into clear technical specifications with architects and development teams.

You will own user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps, serve as a liaison between business and IT, and act as SME for the company’s IAM solution, guiding UAT and defect resolution within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features.
• Prepare BRDs and validate with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with architects and technical teams.
• Create and maintain user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Serve as liaison between business and development teams.
• Act as SME for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM concepts.
• Coordinate with development teams and business during UAT phases.
• Assist QA/testing teams in defect analysis and resolution.
• Maintain clear communication and follow-up on deliverables across stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
