Hitachi Vantara Mexico City is seeking an IAM Specialist to design and implement secure identity solutions across Okta, Auth0, and enterprise systems. You will build integrations, governance workflows, and automation to protect access and data across the organization.

You will work with Node.js, Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines in a global security program, collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to deliver scalable IAM capabilities.

Formación

• Strong understanding of OIDC/OAuth and SAML, MFA, and related security concepts.
• Experience integrating apps with Okta and Auth0 for SSO, provisioning, governance.
• Hands-on development in Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell; production-grade automation.
• Familiar with Terraform, CI/CD tooling, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Knowledge of Okta Identity Governance incl. access certifications, entitlement management.
• Familiar with Okta/Auth0 public APIs and SDKs.
• Experience in large enterprise IAM environments, with workflows and API scripting.
• Knowledge of Okta SKUs such as Workflows, Identity Governance, and Access Gateway; certifications a plus.
• Understanding of modern cybersecurity threats and IAM risk mitigation.
• Excellent English communication; able to work in international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Developing custom integrations and automation across Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, Okta Identity Governance, and Auth0 using Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
• Development and maintenance of Terraform configurations and CI/CD pipelines for IAM infrastructure as code.
• Creating, reviewing, and maintaining OAuth and OIDC integrations across both Okta and Auth0.
• Completing SAML integrations with custom rule and attribute statements.
• Developing Okta Workflows to drive critical business processes, provisioning, and registration flows.
• Developing custom rules and actions within Auth0 to interact with external platforms.
• Writing custom Node.js functions and Express applications to enhance IAM platform capabilities.
• Supporting Identity Governance processes including access certifications, entitlement management, and lifecycle automation.
• Building PowerShell and Python scripts to automate reporting, reconciliation, and operational tasks.
• Management of application access policies and authorization server policies across environments.
• Developing integrations with critical platforms such as Workday, Active Directory, Azure, and Salesforce.
• Supporting Org2Org federations with other companies in the Hitachi Group.
• Participating in code reviews for automation and tenant management.
