Totum Talent seeks an Identity & Access Management Analyst to secure access across enterprise systems. You will manage identities, roles, and permissions, supporting business units globally. Strong collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders will drive IAM improvements.

Using AD, Entra ID, O365/Exchange, SAP, and IGA platforms, you will automate processes, perform entitlement reviews, and ensure governance. Fluent English and a Bachelor's in a related field are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 4–5 years of IAM, information security, or related experience.
• Experience managing user access in enterprise environments and providing technical support to global users.
• Hands-on experience with AD, Entra ID, O365/Exchange Online, and IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, support, and provide consultancy on IAM solutions following best practices.
• Administer user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions across platforms like AD, Entra ID, O365/Exchange, SAP, and IGA tools.
• Provide global technical support to end users and resolve access-related issues in a timely manner.
• Guide business users and IT teams on IAM processes, policies, and tools.
• Perform access reviews to ensure compliance and proper access governance.
• Lead or participate in IAM enhancement initiatives including automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Document IAM processes, policies, and procedures.
