BlackLine in Mexico City is seeking an Application Support Analyst to handle incoming customer inquiries, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed. You will work with customers to define requirements, analyze data, and resolve issues with software applications.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and 2 days remote at our Reforma offices. The position offers meal vouchers, private medical, dental and vision plans, life insurance, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer support role.
• Experience with web-based applications and APIs, MS Office, and ticket systems.
• Service-oriented with patience and understanding; strong customer focus.
• Ability to analyze a problem and determine appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to determine requirements and solutions.
• Analyze data in support of projects, business cases, and system requirements.
• Coordinate with customers or technical staff to resolve software issues.
• Test, implement, document and maintain software applications.
• Work as part of a team and provide application support.
• Identify and mitigate risks to security and process integrity.
• Document issues and resolutions; handle incoming inquiries.
