Job summary

Hartree Partners Mexico seeks a motivated IT Support Analyst (D365) to provide daily support for business applications across LATAM plants and offices. You will troubleshoot, train users, and document processes to enable efficient operations.

You will work with D365 Finance & Operations modules, vendor and internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain security and access. This hybrid role requires a Mexico City presence with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems and applications support.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.).
• Hands-on with D365 Finance & Operations modules such as Finance, Procurement, SCM, or WM.
• Experience in commodities, agribusiness, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily troubleshooting and end-user problem resolution for business software (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Deliver application training to end users on functionality as needed.
• Develop system documentation and training materials for applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal support staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain application security and user access per internal standards.
• Document ongoing end-user issues and build a knowledge base.
• Work with teams to deploy patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support integrations and scheduled tasks with daily checks.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend support.
• Based in Mexico City; hybrid work: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
