Job summary

Novartis in Mexico City (hybrid) seeks an RLT Account Customer Support Associate to ensure smooth flow of materials, data and orders across the supply chain. You will partner with production sites, suppliers and customer-facing teams to support planning, logistics, inventory management and order fulfillment while upholding quality, regulatory, and GxP standards.

This role contributes to reliable product availability and continuous improvement, with opportunities to collaborate across functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Logistics, Planning, Order Management or related functions.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/healthcare) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability aligned with production plans and demand.
• Coordinate MRP, analyze exceptions, mitigate supply risks.
• Manage PO activities and support inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with sites and suppliers to maintain supply continuity.
