Copeland LP in Mexico City seeks a Shift Leader to coordinate and supervise the technical support team responsible for responding to alarms and faults in HVAC and refrigeration control systems. You will ensure timely ticket management, prioritize critical events, and validate remote diagnostics during your shift.

This role requires a degree in engineering or related field, knowledge of Modbus/BACnet/RS485, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Requires degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with HVACR, alarms, and control systems.
• Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, RS485, Ethernet protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Validate remote diagnostics by the team.
• Monitor alarms of HVAC, refrigeration and digital systems.
• Ensure ticket follow-up until closure.
• Coordinate programming and controller updates.
• Attend and recover offline sites.
• Analyze recurring incidents to identify trends.
• Maintain active communication with field areas and contractors.
