Job summary

DELTA ImmoTec México seeks a Building Automation & Controls Engineer to design and coordinate BMS/BAS and low-voltage infrastructure for industrial and commercial projects in Mexico and internationally.

You will develop architectures, define monitoring requirements for HVAC and utilities, and ensure integration of mechanical and electrical systems with project teams. Fluency in Spanish and working English are preferred; 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Building Automation, Controls Engineering, Instrumentation, Low-Voltage Systems, or similar fields.
• Understanding of BMS/BAS systems, control concepts, and communication protocols such as BACnet or Modbus.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical infrastructure, or technical building systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop BMS/BAS concepts, system architectures, and control philosophies.
• Define monitoring and control requirements for HVAC, utilities, energy systems, and building infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering documentation including control diagrams, I/O lists, specs, and system descriptions.
• Coordinate integration of mechanical, electrical, and special systems into the building automation architecture.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
