Carrier Global Corporation in Monterrey is seeking a Factory Support Controls Engineer to lead production troubleshooting and minimize downtime on our HVAC production lines. The successful candidate will apply advanced HVAC and electrical troubleshooting, coordinate with engineers globally, write procedures, and train operators.

The role requires an advanced university degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication skills to collaborate across international teams.

Formación

• Requires university degree with relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years experience.
• Fluent English language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshooting mechanical HVAC circuits & associated components on commercial chillers and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting electrical problems in a production line setting, including sensors, wiring, and communication protocols.
• Lead the effort to ensure that the permanent corrections identified during the troubleshooting are implemented across the various teams.
• Work as the factory system expert by communicating system controls to local personnel, helping write & enforce procedures, and identifying software bugs.
• Working as a liaison between local engineers, run test operators, and design engineers across the globe.
• Training others to identify common troubleshooting methods to keep the production line moving.
