The Human Resources Specialist role supports operations leadership, HR processes, and workforce compliance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include admin support to the VP of Operations, recruitment coordination, documentation, time-tracking, certifications, and reporting, with opportunities for

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Residence in Monterrey, N.L. required.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and Organizational Psychology experience.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and calendar/appointment management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and try new things.
  • High energy and adaptability, with a passion for learning.
  • Availability to run errands as needed (car required)

Responsabilidades

  • Provide general administrative support to our VP of Operations.
  • Support day-to-day Human Resources processes and initiatives.
  • Document proofing, document writing and preparation.
  • Track the team’s work hours, and time schedule accuracy.
  • Monitor the completion of certifications, sending follow-ups and reminders as needed.
  • Generate reports to identify gaps or issues and address them proactively.Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure workforce compliance.
  • Assist team members performance tracking and related administrative processes.
  • Support recruitment activities when needed, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
