The HR Shared Services Analyst provides operational HR support across North America and LATAM North countries. This entry-level professional role is responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time employee data across the full employee lifecycle — from hiring to retirement — and supporting HR reporting and workforce analytics.
The role ensures data integrity, timely transaction processing, and accurate HR reporting to enable effective workforce planning and labor cost management across the region.
