Formación

• Licenciatura en recursos humanos, administración de empresas o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia en HRIS, analítica de personal y herramientas de automatización.
• Dominio de inglés avanzado (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Liderar iniciativas de personas para impulsar desempeño organizacional y experiencia del empleado.
• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de HR, garantizar cumplimiento legal y fomentar un lugar de trabajo inclusivo.
• Apoyar al negocio con liderazgo estratégico y análisis de datos para sostenibilidad de la fuerza laboral.
