Tata Consultancy Services in Mexico seeks an experienced HR officer to develop and implement personnel policies and ensure the right balance of staff with the necessary skills and experience.

The role focuses on advising on training and development, payroll considerations, and employment terms, with emphasis on IT or BPS industry background, fluent English, and 5+ years of proven experience.

Formación

• Background in IT or BPS companies required.
• Fluent English required.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.

Responsabilidades

Human resources (HR) officers develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization.

Their aim is to ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer's business aims.

HR officers are involved in a range of activities required by organizations, whatever the size or type of business. These cover areas such as:

• working practices;
• payroll
• conditions of employment;
• negotiation with external work-related agencies;
• equality and diversity.

To be considered candidate must have background from IT or BPS companies, fluent English and 5+ years of experience.
