Oferta confidencial is seeking an experienced HR professional in Mexicali to provide comprehensive personnel management services for a client. You will ensure legal compliance in labor matters, liaise with labor authorities, and oversee salaries, benefits, immigration procedures, and employee services.

Responsibilities include preparing reports on turnover and absenteeism, maintaining HR policies, and coordinating safety committees and CSR activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws (IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT) and proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in TRESS software.

• Prepare salary and benefits studies and reports for client.
• Coordinate social, sporting, and CSR events; participate in safety committees.

To provide a professional service to our client in the area of Human Resources, establishing rules, policies and procedures in the management of personnel, ensuring legal compliance in labor matters.

• Liaison with Government Agencies (STPS, Labor Directorate, IMSS, FONACOT)
• Employee Services
• Salaries and Benefits
• Immigration Procedures
• Training and Developmen
• Addressing staff and supervisor/manager issues
• Preparing reports and actions to reduce absenteeism and turnover
• Coordinating employee services
• Participating in safety brigades and the Health and Safety Committee
• Preparation of various reports for the client's corporate office related to turnover, absenteeism, headcount, accidents, and all types of compensation.
• Headcount preparation.
• Preparation of salary and wage studies to propose salary and benefit improvements to the client.
• Participation in weekly and monthly meetings with the client and when required by IVEMSA Central Services.
• Coordination of social, sporting, and corporate social responsibility events.
• Control and preparation of job descriptions, as well as their corresponding updates, whether for annual review or any requested changes.
• Preparation and maintenance of Human Resources policies and procedures.
