Leviton is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for its new site in Chihuahua city. You will support HR operations, recruitment, benefits, and labor relations to build a strong local team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing, advanced English, and proficiency with TRESS and Microsoft Office. This role collaborates with management to implement talent development and compliance programs.

• Compensation surveys and job performance; employee retention programs and talent development initiatives.
• Labor relations management.
• Administration of employee benefits.
• Knowledge of succession planning.
• Organization of employee recognition events.
• Management of communication programs.
• Promotions management; Administration of vendor contracts (REPSE) and compliance.
• Assuring compliance with labor law and policies.
• Onboarding follows up for new hires.
