Responsabilidades

• Lead labor and union relations, including CBA and salary negotiations.
• Advise and coach Plant Manager and leadership team on people and organizational decisions.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with plant and business objectives.
• Manage HR and labor-cost budgets and key HR indicators.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, STPS requirements and NOM-035.
• Lead recruitment, training, organizational development, communications, compensation, time management and employee services.
• Ensure accurate time management, compensation and benefits administration.
• Maintain a strong relationship with CTM and union representatives.
• Lead employee engagement, development and organizational climate initiatives.
• Support organizational restructuring when required.

We are seeking a strong HR leader who can combine business vision, people leadership and solid labor relations expertise, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team of the Plant on people and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function for a manufacturing operation with 900+ employees.

• Maintain a strong relationship with the CTM and union representatives.
• Lead Recruitment, Training, Organizational Development, Communications, Compensation, Time Management and Employee Services.
